All visitors will have to complete an online health declaration and display the QR code. The security guard will use the app to scan the QR code to verify and check in the visitor. The visitor will be registered in the FR system and be issued a visitor badge.

• Call the MyAseApi /api/security/visitorcheck to validate the health declaration and check that there is an appointment created for that day.
• If the check is valid, the app will allow the security to upload the visitor's photo and check in the visitor.
• The app will display the visitor badge id to be assigned upon check-in.

Resident engineers will follow the same flow as a visitor, except that they will not be issued a visitor badge as they have their ASE-issued badge. Upon check-in, the resident engineer will be registered as a visitor in the FR system.
